TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYCORE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless zycore.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) your User Content.

12. Termination
